We deliver your fresh produce within 2 – 4 days of placing your order to ensure optimal freshness and quality. You’ll receive updates via email once your order is on the way.

We currently deliver to Lagos,  Port Harcourt, Uyo, Owerri and Enugu, with more cities coming up soon. If you require delivery to a specific location we do not cover, kindly contact out supoort team.

Yes, most of our produce is grown using natural and sustainable methods, free from harmful chemicals. 

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your preferred produce, adding them to your cart, and checking out. Pay for your products securely via Paystack or direct transfer into our bank account. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

All orders are moved to pickup centres twice a week. On wednesdays and Fridays. You will get an email to confirm the delivery of your items to your pick up location.

If you require direct home delivery, additional local delivery charge will be required to get your order to your home directly. You can choose your actual delivery day when you want your items delivered during checkout. (This is only for orders where home delivery is selected as delivery option) 

Yes, the minimum order amount is ₦50,000 to qualify for delivery. This helps us maintain cost-effective and sustainable delivery operations.

We use eco-friendly, food-safe packaging to preserve freshness and reduce waste. Refrigerated items are packed with cooling materials if necessary.

Yes! We offer subscription plans for weekly or monthly deliveries so you never run out of fresh produce. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime.
To subscribe, you must have money in your wallet to cover for the items you want to enable automatic payment and prompt delivery.

Our farm fresh produce is fresh from the farm gate.

We accept payments via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely on our platform.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We can only exchange verified damaged goods

Our produce are sold at already heavily discounted prices. For Special arrangement for restaurants, caterers and events, please contact our support team

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website.
You will also get emails communicating and  confirming the state and location of your order.

Delivery to pickup point is free. Direct Home delivery attracts extra cost to cover for local shipping. The fee will be communicated to you after your order gets to the pick off point. YOu can choose to decline and instead pick it up yourself

Our prices are updated weekly based on seasonal availability and market fluctuations to ensure you always get the best value. Be rest assured we are 10 -15% cheaper at all times.

To use a discount or voucher code, simply enter it in the designated field at checkout and click “Apply.” The discount will automatically be deducted from your total. Below is the step by step guide:
